A graduate of both Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design, Zacks has developed a singular artistic voice that defies categorization—balancing bold experimentation with a deep reverence for storytelling.

Drawing on a lifelong fascination with text, materials, and the overlooked residue of daily life, Zacks creates mixed-media pieces that pulse with energy and urgency. She repurposes everything from weathered wood and rusted metal to duct tape, Polaroids, and digital ephemera—nothing is too rough, too strange, or too mundane to become part of her dynamic visual narratives.
